What a little gem of a place this is. This cinema is the whole package, bar, meals, velvet armchairs and sofas. Waitress/waiter service to bring you food and drinks to your seats. It's a niche, it's hip, and it's amazing, I would recommend a visit. The staff are wonderful, go see a movie in style or just go for drinks and food. Great views, great style.
lovely experience. cozy seats. we ordered some food in the waiting area, but they nearly forgot to serve it when we were already seated. they do go out of their way to get everyone’s order sorted before the movie starts though.
Just ok....some premier show or red carpet event was on Friday (expendables 4...you'd of thought Stallone was there!)...so the welcoming reception turned in to not giving two hoots about your food and drink order. We were left at the bar until we approached a member of staff who said the films open now I'm sorry you should of gone through. The place is great, relaxed, decor great, food bang average..lager so overpriced. Just a bit pretentious or maybe I just caught it on a bad day.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience of Everyman’s cinema. For a couple of quid more than a naff and noisy mainstream cinema, you get to experience comfort, luxury (and seat service!) with none of the irritants that seem to pervade the main cinema chains these days. The seating is incredibly comfortable and the waitress service to your seat is a real novelty. Pricing for drinks and confectionary is in line with most cinema chains, but the quality is somewhat superior. We highly recommend Everyman’s Cardiff, and will be back again very soon!
We adore this place. The membership is great value and the staff are always so keen to help and make sure you have a nice time, even when they're rushed off their feet. The food and drinks are always great too, not to mention the view over the bay from the bar. My only qualm is that it is always so, so hot in the toilets, but this is a very minor thing.
Thanks for a year's worth of lovely cinema experiences!
Came in for an afternoon movie to see ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It?’.
The cinema is absolutely stunning! Really classy and elegant in decor. The lady who served us had an infectious energy and helped us choose a drink each amongst the wide variety they offer.
Once in the cinema, we were greeted with comfortable sofa seating, complete with individual tables for our drinks and snacks.
Such a luxurious way to watch a film!
For the experience you get at Everyman, the price is absolutely worth paying.
Great place for a relaxing afternoon, food is good and great tasting beer.
Bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
Screen is nice an intimate with nice comfy sofas.
A lot more relaxed and quieter than other main stream cinema's.
Of COURSE we came for the iconic Barbenheimer weekend, Saturday & Sunday in the cinema. I’m so glad we did it in the Everyman, it’s so comfortable and the screens are big enough so that you’re spread out but small enough that you’re not too far from the screen. The snacks are great and pretty decent value for money too considering some of the prices in cinemas nowadays, I can highly recommend the strawberry milkshake!
